Shaykh Habib Al-Jafri from Hadaramout, Yemen visit Denmark to speak with the Danish people. It is amazing to see how he speaks to them. It’s about 17 minutes long.

28 Responses for "Bridging the Gap: The Denmark Dialogues"
The two girls at the start made me sick.
May Allah reward Habib Al-Jafri for his efforts and forgive him of his sins. Ameen
However, why didnt he address the main issue that started all this?
How can you even attempt to build a bridge without confronting the main issue?
The issue was the Muslims in Denmark I guess.
omg! sheikh Tariq Suwaidan from the RIS conference was ther too! how excititng! lol ….but overall..sheikh Habib Al-Jafri is very “”masha’allah”"…>> to “mr_gq” wat is it that u mean wen u say that the 2 guals made ya sick? hmm
Well the Muslimah seemed very apologetic. She was basically saying how we should accept each other and be okay with the kuffar.
Whats up with that?
it’s called dawah. she did a good job, unlike these extremist who instead of giving dawah they just shout and yell like a bunch of thugs….. to MR: you should really block this Mr_GQ loser, his blog is so wack
I cant get over how mashaAllah sheikh Habib Al-Jafri is so handsome in a humbling way. I mean that in the utmost respect of course.. it’s just how mashaAllah he always smiles, his manner in talking, the light upon his face. Subhanallah how you can really see sincerity and humbleness sometimes just by looking at a person’s face.
So for dawah purposes, we should suck up to the kuffar? LOL Are you one of those people who believes in that interfaith dialogue crap?
lol And why is my blog wack? Because it has the truth in it?
Mr GQ = Mr. Gay Queer
Oh be quiet Mr. G.Q. If you dont’ believe in interfaith dialogue…then why don’t you just go back to paki land. why are you living among non-muslims here in america…go do Hijra. as mulims we have to respect other religions and people. its because of muslims like you, we have non muslims hating us.
MR Fan #2 is cool!
Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullah,
I think interfaith dialogue is really important, especially nowadays. Without interfaith dialogue Islam would not have had spread. Islam was not transmitted by the sword or hatred. We muslims have a reputation to protect….we are the UMMAH. What would have happened, if everyone in the early time of Islam would have said: “oh come on, piss off you Kuffars, you will burn in hell anyhow.” What an attitude is that? I don’t mean that we should now LOVE the Kuffs, whatever, but we should really do Da’wah by integration, not by assimilation.
Interfaith dialogue is probably the most retarded thing ever created.
Its pointless.
You dont talk about their religion. You talk about your own…Islam. Dont waste time talking about theirs.
Thats why that Muslimah in the beginning made me sick. She was all happy and accepting and sucking up to the kaffira. Sick.
Whats next? Taking them out for a pedicure and give them dawah then?
Every Muslim living in a country with non-Muslims is participating in Inter-faith dialogue. Example: Me walking down the street with a kufi. Non-Muslim sees it and asks me what it is. I explain to them what it is. Conclusion: A type of Inter-faith dialogue. Another Example: Praying on the roadside, while non-Muslims see. After done praying, non-Muslims question the person praying. Conclusion: Another type of Interfaith dialogue. Example 3: Jew wearing a yamaka. Muslim asks the Jew about it. Conclusion: Inter-faith dialogue. I think what some Muslims don’t like is that we organize events and have meetings with the non-Muslims specifically to discuss the similarities and differences of each faith. I personally believe that interfaith dialogue is basically a type of dawah and that it doesn’t necessarily have to occur at an interfaith meeting. Intefaith or people of different faiths simply discussing their faiths can happen anywhere.
If you guys take Sh. Kamal El Mekki’s dawah seminar subhanallah you end up seeing that interfaith dialog is a waste of time. basically a lot of people that do these interfaith discussions(of course not all of them) end up trying to sugarcoat everything, and making it seems like “it’s ok to be a non-muslim, we’re all the same”
stick to the point.. talk about the message of Islam, tawheed, call them to Islam, if they accept it fine, if not that’s their problem.. there’s no need to sit there and “learn about their beliefs” when you know already know the basics of it; kufr/shirk.
wallahu ta’ala alem.
but that also doesnt mean that we act hostile towards them and rude. there is a way with dealing with non-muslims, and we should follow the way of Rasool Allah salallahu alayhi wa salam.
wallahu alem.
ameen to that ..
i guess if by interfaith dialogue u mean dawah= yes, that’s true
p.s- we do need interfaith dialogues that are organized as well as impromptu talks because the mainstream public needs to know about islam. and i guess yea our point is to spread islam, but no one is gonna say heyyy lets go to an event about islam. they’ll go to interfaith stuff. plus, there’s a lot of misconceptions between faiths that is perpetuated by political situations. (Israel and Palestine— Jews and Muslims hating each other, etc). Plus, by adopting an isloationist attitude and just cursing the kuffar and spreading hatred we are NOT doing dawah. we’re prepetuating the cycle we’re in which right now is a bad one.
you know habib al jafri is super sufi right?
HELL YEAH!!! SUFIZ R GANGSTA!!!
I figured.
no way!!!!!!!!!!! ahhhh whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
Assalamu ALiakum,
What i got from the video is the way Habib Ali was with the people. The hospitality he showed that left ppl in aw. How he had NO agenda. Suhan’Allah. SOmething that we muslims need to start doing.
“Without interfaith dialogue Islam would not have had spread. Islam was not transmitted by the sword or hatred. We muslims have a reputation to protect….we are the UMMAH. In a nutshell, this says it all. Everything we hate about Islam is in there.
For a start, calling us “Kuffs” is smart. How about calling us master…. because in every area of life we have mastered you!
You can delude yourself all you like about this puerile PR exercise. I run a blog that is commited to exposing Islam, which was the first Australian blog to carry those cartoons, and it is innundated by Danes. They hate you. They always will. Islam has no place in civilised society, and the Danes, from their Queen to the man in the street, believe it with a passion.
Islam has overplayed its hand, and now the world, once asleep, is awake to it…. and we do not like what we see. The results will be terrible for the Ummah. Then again, since Mohamed polluted your cultures, the end has always been a sorry one for those who fall under his thrall. Ignorance and grandiose self-delusion is all you have. We want no part in it.
wat an ignorant child
is he shaking hands with a woman at the beginning
no it’s a guy.
salam i just want to say to GRAVELRASH subhanallah(glory be to god) may allah guide you towards the ryt path and remove the hatred from ur heart( all our hearts) and replace it with light. all these misconceptions u hav of islam, how qualified are u to be discussin it, we as muslims r not nearli enuf qualified let alone u. and bros and sis’s, those who r for interfaith dialouges and those that r against. muhammed upon whom be peace said stick to the “MIDDLE WAY” dnt b too extreame and dnt be too laid bak. my advice to all of us is that inshallah if we follow da qur’an and the sunnah and we hav faith in god we wil get thru these difficult tyms inshallah. and we as muslims shud stop fighting amongst ourselves before we expect others to do so. salam.
