      Assalaamualaikum,

It was a really good video, and I think the newsreporter was on the verge of tears :), but I don’t agree with what he said about support growing for Hizbullah within all Muslim nations and peoples, because, although Hizbullah has to defend itself, the killing of civilians can’t be justified.

Whoah, this guy has guts. I’m stealing this for my blog if thats ok 😉

Assalamu Alaikum. I think there definitely is support growing for Hezbollah and with due reason.

Nice video. But I wish hizbullah aimed the rockets at israeli troops rather than civilians. The problem with that is that western media, especially CBN (Chritian broadcasting network) will use that to their advantage. This morning, I saw Pat Robertson in Israel walking around “DEVASTATED” israel… it was soo sick seeing him trying to use war, destruction and death to gain popularity amongst his CBN “Followers!”

lol, i think he is on crack. But not good old george here, i’ll be stealing him for my blog too, lol, to spread the know.

Almost everything he said was right. Alot of people have no clue on whats going on, I think alot of the American Muslims here, the majority, haven’t a clue on whats going on, and i’m sure any american muslims on this blog can try to start a discussion that will either become a debate because of confused facts or will , most likely, become a learning session for the person. When i was first learning about the incidents of Isreal and the MidEast, i was confused. If one tries and puts effort into learning the facts, they’ll learn more.

i think i’ll talk about this on my blog. lol.

no way. being in egypt right now. he’s 100% right. if you watch aljazeera and be amongst the arab when they talk about the subject, you’ll see 100% that they all support hizbullah and especially the leader. shia, sunni, no one cares anymore. someone is finally doing reacting the way he should react and it’s 10000% justifiable on anyone’s standards except for bush and blair supporters. and finally the rest of the world is starting to realize that.

these by far are the two illest videos ever..ill-as in great! lol..My goodness, if only we had more spokespeople like Galloway on American Television, maybe it could influence viewers in some way or another. InshaAllah, may the suffering stop.

    13. iklas August 8th, 2006 at 11:02 pm

      Assalamualaikum,

I agree that this lady was on the verge of tears because she couldn’t defend Israel’s injustice. Hezbollah’s support is definitely growing. I definitely pray that civilians are not killed by their attacks but remember that their missiles unlike Israel’s are not guided meaning they are shooting in self defence without intentionally targeting civilians.

If you haven’t been reading reports lately many of the Muslim civilians who have been effected by Hezbollah rocket fire say that it is justified because they are defending themselves. They are even supporting Hezbollah just like the rest of the sane world. God bless those who support his causes.

hey man thx for bringing Galloway out to a wider audience. He’s spoken just as eloquently and passionately about the Iraq situation and Muslim rights in western countries among other things.

This man is great, I totally agree with him. Unbelievable when he said to the journaliste : “What a silly question, what a silly person you are”.

He speaks english with a scottish accent, his very pronounced accent really surprised me.

      Salam alikoum

    16. Omar August 9th, 2006 at 9:22 am

Salam Alaykum. I think that what he says is very much on the mark, however, his style of speaking would make him come off as a crazy person to the average Joe. I think that people from our side of the debate very much need to become more polished in the manner in which we approach media agencies. My favorite part is the end, when he asks the reporter if she knows the name of any member of the Palestinian family that died in the Israeli attack on the beach. SubhanAllah, do WE even know the names? May Allah help all our brothers and sisters in this time of need, and give them the best support, which is His support. Ameen

George Galloway is a nut. But so is Pat Robertson.

Why they even let crazies like that on the news is beyond me. Pat Robertson will open his big mouth and insert his big foot and say something completely idiotic like he always does. He is a very poor excuse to put on the air to represent Christians around the world.

      Galloway also was on al-Jeezera

If only more people used their own eyes like this
George Galloway, perhaps the world wouldn’t be filled with so much ignorance.

    21. Luqman August 10th, 2006 at 6:05 pm

Wow, thanks for the link Debbie. The more I read what he says, the more I respect him.

Though he is a bit ott sometimes and I don’t quite understand why he called the Iraqi insurgents martyrs. I could understand a Muslim saying that but a non-Muslim? Weird.

    22. Rajha August 10th, 2006 at 7:12 pm

his rhetoric was way out of line even if he did have some beneficial things to say. if he comes on any american tv he’s just going to be dismissed as a nut… if he really does want anywone to listen to him he should carry himself and explain himself better without namecalling.

This is almost a direct quote of Galloway speaking in Syria: “We believe in the prophets, peace be upon them. George Bush believes in profits, and how to get a piece of them.”

Just check out memritv.org and search his name…he’s been on arab tv many times

    24. Debbie August 11th, 2006 at 10:57 am

George Galloway was actually friend with, and met with, the leader of the terror group just arrested in Britain and Pakistan.

Someone here suggested that I ‘get over 9/11’. With the arrests yesterday of the terrorists who wanted to take down 10 – 12 passenger jets over the Atlantic, do you now see why we continue to be concerned about terrorism? It didn’t start on 9/11, it started years ago and continues today.

These guys didn’t care that they would kill innocent humans, including Muslims, on those planes. They didn’t care.

      Do you understand now?

    25. sham August 11th, 2006 at 4:16 pm

tho george knows what he’s talkin about, and makes regualr apperances on Islam Channel in the U.K, as well as actively working with the Respect party, he let himself down bigtime when he went on ‘Big Brother’, those from the u.k shud no all about this.. :(

    26. Hajar August 11th, 2006 at 6:46 pm

I’lll believe it when I see the evidence. Over 90% of publicised arrests of “suspect” terrorists are then released. Funny their release isnt then given that much publicity.

The news report came at a time when public opinion of the unholy trinity – Israel, USA and UK – took a nosedive. They needed something to prove to everyone that yes, muslims are “terrorists” so yeh, that somewhat justifies killing women, children and innocent civilians in the middle east.
Through every news article vagueness and ambiguity is present – “alleged plot” , “interesting items ” – without actually clarifying what items siezed were and mention of “evidence” and yet again, failing to mention.

and..since we’re on the subject – funny the US and the UK are so concerned about stopping a “terrorist” plot to kill thousands of “innocents” – but have no problems taking part and aiding a nothing less than terrorist plot taking place in the middle east which is killing hundreds every day. But you’ll just gloss over that. Afterall, who cares about the dead in the middle east? *sarcasm*

    27. Anony August 12th, 2006 at 3:03 am

Interesting that Debbie provides links to websites hosting “videos” put out by a Israeli terrorist propaganda group called “MEMRI.” This is the same group which was promoting Wafa Sultan with their faulty translation.
For a person hooked on FOX news I find it amusing that she thinks Galloway is a nut.

Muhammad Ali Hasan visits Bush at Crawford …

Muhammad Ali Hasan, Co-Founder and President of Muslims for Americawas on Fox News Channel’s ‘Heartland’ today, after spending time with President George W. Bush in Crawford at the ranch. This isn’t the first time that Ali has visited with Bush….

One thing is important. Even though we disagree on many things, we can express our thoughts without using foul language and without violence. This is important, don’t you think?

Lol. Muhammad Ali Hasan. Need I say anything more?

Only a daft twit would compare the formidable and factual George Galloway(so what if he was on Al-Jazeera(a REAL news network)? I see fringe lunatics on FAUX everyday) to a christofascist armagedonnist nutcase like Pat Robertson.
Catch Galloway on talksport(http://www1.talksport.net/presenters/presenter_detail.asp?pres_id=100044) every Saturday and Sunday from Noon-2pm(West coast), 3pm-5pm(East coast) on the mother of all radio shows!

Long live to people like you Mr. Galloway

    39. toner January 29th, 2009 at 2:37 pm

Ive been a Galloway fan for a long time
he has been for Palestine since the 70s and has a great empathy and understanding for the Muslim world
as a Brit I wish we had more pollititians with morals
His stance has ruined his chance of becoming a senior political leader but he would say its a price worth paying to give a voice to people who are not heard in the west
      p.s.
He is not a Muslim He is a Roman Catholic but His wife is a Muslim

    40. toner January 29th, 2009 at 2:46 pm

Also visit GeorgeGalloway.com to listen to his previous radio shows

He gets many nutty zionists phoning in to try and defend the indefensable
listening to him shoot them down is a real pleasure, it always makes me smile
