Let’s leave judgement to Allah. Let’s reflect and ponder on our status as Muslims in His terms.

Let’s live together as a united ummah and challenge each other to do good. There’s more than necessary poverty and suffering. There’s more that necessary hatred and bickering.

Let’s embody compassion. Let’s not have labels. Let’s not categorise people.

If this piece by Sami has reminded me of the straigth path, and it’s wrong (I have the capacity to determine halal/haram but not the prerogative to judge), does it mean that the straight path is wrong?

Only when we know two extremes, can we know the middle path – basic law of geometry.

This song really touches my soul and strengthens my faith i Islam, after all how can you do haram things after listening to this beautiful song? Sami has been given a beautiful voice from Allah for a reason, and Sami made a wise deciscion of what to do with it. So everyone, use you’re talents wisely, for as they will reward you greatly one day. Now, Im only 13, and I understand the the moral of the song. If you’re a very wise person, you’ll understand what I’m trying to say. I jusy can’t explain how beautiful this song is. I really can’t. Whenever I listen to this song, Ifeelsad and lonely. One thing for sure is Sammi can definately get his points across, especialy in his woderful songs. Bless you Sammi, and all muslims out there.

Assalam u alaikum.
I just read some comments that made me comment. Otherwise i avoid commenting.
Jazak Allah for posting the video.
Just wanted to say that if you havr to see the bidah, haram or anything against Islamic laws
then you better keep quite.
because who says internet is halal?
TV is halal?
using a keyboard is halal?
Practically speaking, all these things are bidah. WhY? because they never existed in the times of Holy Prophet peace be upon him.
And when you say that Music is haram.
Dont you think that there are thousands of “true haram” issues that need to be discussed.
Like,
Girls wearing short dreeses infront of Non-mehrems.
Men copying the west and folloeing what they do in a negative way.
Children dont even know the shahada. I am talking about Muslim children.
Talking about issues,
how about Darfcur?
how about Iraq?
how about Palestne?
How about Pakistan?
how about Chechniya?
how about Bush against Muslims?
How about “ANTI-ISLAM FIGHTS AND COMMENTS ON YOUTUBE?”
How about pictures being posted og Holy Prophet peace be upon him WE ALL SEEK REFUGE IN ALLAH.?
Why not talk about ‘bars’ in Muslim countries?
Why not talk about Muslims being humiliated just because of some Muslim suicide bombers?
Let us not disunite and get united for one cause.
We need to show that Islam is the religion of peace

now,,,,,if this song doesn’t make your heart wanna cry, be closer to Allah and maybe even make you reflect on your own life, then your hard up….who knows, may have been ONE (not all) of the reasons for someone to revert/convert to islam…..or come closer to the Almighty..
