There are so many different Muslim forums across the Internet. Many of them have different themes or goals. Many of them focus on a specific theological background or a specific interpretation of Islam. Others are extremely open for all types of Muslims. Many of them are the center of heated debates amongst Muslims and cause people to get headaches and tears. Study finds that veterans constitute a quarter of America’s homeless
WASHINGTON – Veterans make up one in four homeless people in the United States, though they are only 11 percent of the general adult population, according to a report to be released Thursday.
If you didn’t know that one American dollar is equal to one Canadian dollar, well now you know. Also, one pound (UK) is equal to $2.10 and increasing. Also China will become the largest energy consumer passing the US by 2010. With the declining American dollar value in the world market countries like Saudi Arabia, South Korea, China, Venezuela, Sudan, Iran and Russia are abandoning the US dollar.

The Euro, Japanese Yen, UK Pound are all the hot new currency of the 21st century. The American dollar is no longer respected throughout the world. As an Economics major, I can tell you this. So many Americans are in debt, cost of living has drastically gone up in many areas, house prices are high (it may fall but not too much) and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have completely stabbed the heart of America’s economy. America is dependent on too many other countries and is imploding.
America will no longer be a super power in the coming years. It’ll still be a functional country and still considered “first-world”, but not just the number state in the world in terms of power and financial backing.
Who’s the next world power? China. Japan. UK. Europe. India

All praise is due to God who spared my life today. I got into an accident today slamming into a minivan from behind. My car was completely totaled. Entire front was smashed in. Air bags came out and the windshield smashed. Alhamdulillah! I came out with no major injuries except I banged up my knee. Basically, it was at a traffic light, and the minivan in front of me stopped abruptly as the light changed red. I couldn’t stop in time and due to the rain and wet roads I skidded into the back of the minivan. Wallahi, it happened so fast, I couldn’t believe it. Alhamdulillah, I’m okay.

Very deep ayah relating to my accident. It was raining this morning. They night before I had no idea this was going to happen. I obviously don’t know when I will die, but I came close to it this morning.

Did you know that by law the US gurantees Isreal’s oil supply, even if it cuases a DOMESTIC SHORTAGE?
Under a 1975 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) the USA guaranteed all Israel’s oil needs in the event of a crisis. This Memorandum of Understanding is quietly renewed every five years. It commits U.S. taxpayers to maintain a strategic U.S. reserve for Israel, equivalent to $3 billion in 2002 dollars. Special legislation was enacted to exempt Israel from restrictions on oil exports from the USA. Moreover, the U.S. government agreed to divert oil from the USA, even if this causes domestic shortages. The U.S. government also guaranteed delivery of oil in U.S. tankers if commercial shippers become unable or unwilling to carry oil from the USA to Israel.

Muslim convert (former Jew) recites the Quran and then the Torah. Check it out! The recitation of the Torah was very interesting and it sounded beautiful in some parts, but it obviously can’t beat the recitation of the Quran.
