Al-Qaeda

or

The Pakistani Government

Since America is supposedly fighting terrorism. Her death was due to a terroist attack. The real quesiton is will America go after the terrorists even if its their allies?

Oh yeah, Bhutto didn’t die from getting shot or bombed. She died from hitting her head.

May Allah (swt) protect the innocent people. Ameen!

Bhuttos death has nothing to do with islam its all politics , why would America go after the so called terrorist that killed bhutto? dont they have enough of them to chase in iraq? and why is the American goverment getting involved in foriegn affairs that dont concern it? let pakistan resolve its own issues for crying out loud!

three days of mourning? They’re treating her as if she was some great hero for Pakistan. I feel for her family and those killed and their families, but it wasn’t as if Bhutto was some shining beacon of hope for Pakistan. And then people are lighting up cars and killing people? It’s disgraceful.

I think there are more alleged “suspects” one can add since its not clear who did it.

I do not think Al Qaeda – they have nothing to gain by killing her. They exist to fight occupation.
      ..maybe a common criminal
..maybe the Government – definite gain for them.
..maybe The US “can’t keep their nose out of other peoples business” Policy in Pakistan.

Don’t Al Qaeda usually claim responsibility when they are behind things?

20 people were killed during the assassination. It can be classified as an act of terrorism, although I wouldn’t say there is anyone to really go after. Just people who opposed Bhutto.

“The government has blamed an Al Qaeda-linked militant for the murder of Bhutto but her party disputes that and claims elements in the Pakistan Muslim League-Q — the ruling party that supports President Pervez Musharraf — could have been behind the slaying.”

Needless to say, the United States would consider any of those groups to be terrorists.

      as-salaamu ‘alaikum,

“…why would America go after the so called terrorist that killed bhutto?”

I was going to ask the same thing. Really, why would the U.S. interfere with such a thing?
