I don’t think that video was funny at all. I think it makes a mockery of islam. I am saddened to see that these kids think they can be cool by rapping. They are not even rapping about islam and its ideals, rather just a bad attempt by muslims in making a funny rap video.

It becomes evident that when “these” muslims see their image in the mirror they dont like themselves and chose to blame the producers of the mirror which shows their real image which they consider “mockery”.
Alhamdulillah this certainly serves the purpose for opening the eyes of those who chose to hibernate till this feature came about and they now say that they look bad.
May Allah SWT bless them with the correct and improved vision of the deen they claim to follow, ameen.

If I’m not mistaken, the ‘Ulema of Deoband permit Qur’an Khanis so long as people do not think it is obligatory in which case it would be deemed an innovation.

Also, no one was making fun of the Qu’ran Khanis, but just how people overemphasize it and make it seem obligatory. Its making fun of people that take their Islam as a form of culture and take things out of context just cuz they found their ancestors doing something.
