At 3:23 he asks the crowd “Where the muslims at?” and then says “Salamualykum” and “Eid Mubarak” to the one Muslim in the crowd.

He is no doubt a Muslim. I know people that are close to him and I recently met with his brother, seen in this video here:

But yes indeed, may Allah open his heart, show him the way, take him by the hand, and help him in the circumstance that he is in… Amin.

Oh, and when I was honored to be a part of the Rihla in Madinah back in 2005 or so, Dave Chappelle was there in Madinah on ‘Umrah. Several people in the Rihla group reported seeing him there.
